What happens during a sound healing session?


Sound healing isn't some new-age trend that popped up on Instagram. This has been around for thousands of years across pretty much every culture on the planet.

I've got an arsenal of gorgeous instruments - singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, drums, rainsticks, hand pans, sansulas, and these divine little Koshi bells.

When I get them all working together, it's like creating a symphony that cuts right through whatever energetic shit you've been carrying around.

The whole thing happens in my purpose-built zen summer house studio, tucked away in my garden. Wether thats online or in person.

We'll start with a guided meditation to help you properly switch off and sink into relaxation. Then I'll take you on a journey with crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments that'll have you floating on cloud nine.

After we've cleared all that energetic gunk, we'll have an intuitive chat about what came up for you.

And if the moon's calling (or the cards are practically jumping out of the deck), we might pull some tarot or moon guidance too.

All of this happens in my gorgeous zen summer house - think peaceful vibes, natural light, and the perfect sanctuary away from the chaos of everyday life. It's basically like stepping into your own private retreat without having to trek to Bali.
