I know what it’s like to fight your own rhythms and call it discipline. I did it for years, until it broke me.
My breakdown taught me something simple but life-changing: dips in energy aren’t flaws, they’re signals.
I’d been ignoring them, pushing through, and wondering why I felt like a different person every two weeks.
Once I started paying attention, to my body, the seasons, the moon, and my own timing, everything shifted.
Pilates felt stronger when I matched it to themes of the zodiac.
Sound therapy became deeper when I aligned it with lunar phases.
Belief Coding® worked any time, but the results were amplified when I used the right timing.
