From 6 weeks post-birth (once you've got medical clearance). Babies welcome from newborn squish to confident sitters, sorry crawlers, i love you but my space says no!

Just 5 mats because nobody needs to be doing pelvic floor work in a packed room like sardines.

Small groups mean I actually get to know your name, your birth story, and exactly what your body needs right now.

How it works:

Each term I craft the program around OUR group's needs.

Cesarean recovery? Diastasis recti? Pelvic floor feeling like a bloody trampoline? We've got you. No cookie-cutter classes here, just real solutions for real bodies doing real recovery.

Investment: £15 per class, booked termly (because consistency is where the magic happens)

It's the perfect combination of "damn, I needed this" wrapped up in one gloriously restorative session.
