What is Belief Coding®?

Belief Coding® combines elements of psychology, energy healing, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), emotional freedom technique (EFT), and kinesiology to help you get to the root of limiting beliefs—fast.

We access the subconscious mind through muscle testing, and then gently re-programme the beliefs using powerful,

trauma-informed methods.

This is not about positive affirmations or surface-level mindset hacks.

It’s deep work that creates aligned change.

Who is it for?

  • I work with women who are:

What happens in a session?

  • In a safe, compassionate space, we’ll work together to:

    • Identify the emotional or physical issue you want to address

    • Trace it back to the subconscious belief holding it in place

    • Recode that belief into something that supports your growth and healing

    • Anchor the new belief through sound healing, breath, or visualisation (optional)

    You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your true self with tools to keep that energy going long after the session ends.you.

Why its flaming marvellous?

After my own journey through breakdown, burnout, early menopause, and deep healing, I knew I needed something that worked

with the body, not against it.

Belief Coding® was that missing piece it helped me rewrite the stories I didn’t even know I was carrying.

It’s now a core part of the work I share, alongside Pilates, meditation, and sound.

Because healing doesn’t happen in one part of you it happens in all of you.
